Our pilots and guest services team will work with you to identify your travel requirements and tailor your flight to your needs. Prior to preparing your quote, we will request:
ᐧ Number of passengers.
ᐧ Travel destinations.
ᐧ Luggage requirements.
ᐧ Customs and immigration requirements.
ᐧ If you have special requirements such as landing at private pads, surveying specific routes, bringing pets, etc.

Departure & Arrival
The London Air Services’ base is at the Skyservice Vancouver location (formerly Air Elite/Interdel) in the South Terminal of Vancouver (YVR) Airport. While this is a common departure location for our guests, we can also arrange alternative pickup locations.
Yes, whether you are landing at Sky Service or Signature Flight Support, you can depart on our helicopters from that same location.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your departure to allow adequate time for our flight crew to load luggage and ensure your comfort before take-off.
Yes, we can arrange limousine and taxi service or car rentals to be available and ready upon your arrival.
Before departure, we’ll request your passenger list and confirm the final details of your trip, including luggage requirements, travel documentation, restrictions, and special instructions.
Yes. Scheduling is flexible. We fly when you want to fly.
We will request and provide your passport information to customs before your flight to ensure an efficient in-destination experience. Upon arrival, customs officers will typically clear you before disembarking the aircraft.
LAS is a Signatory Carrier to the US Visa Waiver Program (VWP), which provides qualifying foreign nationals with visa-free travel in the US for up to 90 days. For more information, please visit the US Department of State website.
Aircraft Information
Yes, our helicopters are the most comfortable in (and up to) their intermediate/medium twin-engine class.
Features which make these helicopters more comfortable than competitors include:
ᐧ They are spacious – seating up to 12 adult passengers, with ample leg room for every seat.
ᐧ They have soft leather seats equipped with noise-cancelling headphones.
ᐧ They have air conditioning.
IFR-certified helicopters meet the certification requirements for operating under Instrument Flight Rules – rules which allow a pilot to fly in reduced visibility, clouds or at night without reference to the earth’s surface. Helicopters with this type of certification are often used for EMS (Air Ambulance or emergency medical services), VIP and Offshore operations.
FIPS is a sophisticated system designed to prevent or remove ice accumulation on the critical surface of an aircraft, helping to maintain an aircrafts aerodynamic and handling performance.
Yes, our newest AW139 is equipped with FIPS.
Yes. When flying instruments only (under IFR certification), we always fly with two pilots.
They are most often equipped with wheels rather than floats or skis.
The maximum payload – the weight our helicopter can accommodate when excluding fuel from the equation – is 5,000 lbs.
The maximum cargo capacity is 660 lbs, accommodated in 3.4 m³ (120 ft³) of interior baggage space. This baggage space is enclosed and accessible from outside (rather than the cabin) of the aircraft. It can accommodate a variety of cargo including bicycles, skis and gold clubs.
No, not aboard our helicopters. Washroom facilities are available in the SkyService FBO and at similar operators.
